These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Caza Blanca Couture's website, services, and SMS messaging program. By using our site or providing your phone number, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Boutique & Catalog

Caza Blanca Couture is a bridal and quinceañera couture boutique based in Phoenix, AZ. Our catalog is curated by hand and changes regularly. Specific dresses, sizes, colors, and pricing are confirmed at the time of fitting or purchase. Reservations and try-on availability are not guaranteed until confirmed by a stylist.

2. Payments & Refunds

Payments processed through our website are handled by our payment processor under their own terms. Deposits, alterations, and final payments at the boutique follow the boutique's in-store policy.

Made to order. Every gown we sell is cut to the size you order by our designer, RAGAZZA. Nothing ships from a shelf. Production takes 4 to 6 months from the date your order is placed, and we ask that you order with that window in mind relative to your event date.

All sales are final. Because each dress is custom made in your size, orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once placed. Before ordering you must confirm that you measured yourself against our size guide, that you accept the 4 to 6 month production time, and that you accept the sale is final. We record those confirmations with your order. If you are unsure of your size, call us at (602) 775-7444 or book a fitting and we will measure you in person before you order.

3. SMS Messaging Program (A2P 10DLC)

How you opt in. Entering a phone number on our site does not by itself grant us permission to text you. Every form that collects a phone number — the homepage contact form, the catalog request, the catalog unlock gate, and dress inquiries — carries two separate consent checkboxes: one for transactional messages and one for marketing messages. Both are unticked by default and both are optional; you can submit any form without ticking either, and marketing consent is never required. We never add a number to the program without an affirmative tick, and we never buy or import phone number lists.

By ticking a box you consent to receive recurring text messages of that category from Caza Blanca Couture LLC at the mobile number you provided.

Types of messages. You may receive: catalog previews and lookbook links; appointment reminders and confirmations; new-arrival and event drop notices; replies and follow-ups from our stylists.

Age restriction. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to our text messaging program. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide their own phone number and consent on your behalf — this is how we handle most quinceañera and prom inquiries.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interest and ongoing conversation with us. You will typically receive between 2 and 8 messages per month.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, based on your wireless plan with your mobile carrier.

Cancellation (STOP). You can cancel SMS at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. You will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers. We support the major US carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, Metro, US Cellular, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to enroll in SMS to shop with us, visit our boutique, or use our website.

Mobile information privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site to harass our team or other clients, to attempt to access non-public areas of the site, or to interfere with the site's operation.

5. Intellectual Property

All photography, copy, and original designs on this site are the property of Caza Blanca Couture or used with permission from their respective designers. Do not reproduce, copy, or republish without our written consent.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Caza Blanca Couture disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
